In 1964-1968 Elaboration of the first approaches and computer codes for mass spectrometric identification of chemical compound or determination of its structural class, computer generation of chemical structural formulas and their selection.
In 1969-1971 Elaboration of the computer system of data acquisition and processing (ROMB 1)for high resolution mass spectrometer.
In 1972-1976 Software developments for ROMB 1, interfacing the two other mass spectrometers to ROMB 1, connecting between ROMB 1 and BESM 6 computer, theoretical investigation of primary data processing of high resolution mass spectra for ion counting data acquisition.
In 1977-1987 Disentangling the fine structure of ionization efficiency curves, deconvolution of overlapped mass spectral peaks, elaboration of new version of structure generator, new approach of ions masses determination in high resolution mass spectra, theoretical analysis of effusion process from Knudsen cell. Development of a new generation of computer syystems for mass spectrometry data aquisition and procesing.
1988-1997 Modeling of processes in ion source of the designed time-of-flight mass spectrometer with atmospheric pressure sampling and ionization for ecological and biomedical applications, elaboration of data acquisition and processing software for this mass spectrometer, including analysis of mass spectra of biopolimers acquired via electrospray ion source. Software development for chromatomass-spectrometric data including the development of the new approach for quantitative determination of target compounds in complex mixtures based on selective digital filtering.
